Description

Characteristics of Roof Coat Insulating Paint:

  • Thermal Insulation: Reflects sunlight, reducing interior heat.
  • Waterproofing: Prevents water leaks and protects surfaces from moisture.
  • Dirt Resistance: Helps maintain surface cleanliness and reflectivity.
  • Algae Resistance: Prevents algae growth on the surface.
  • Weather Resistance: Withstands harsh weather conditions in the Middle East.
  • UV Resistance: Protects surfaces from ultraviolet (UV) radiation.
  • High Flexibility: Bridges and hides cracks.
  • Excellent Adhesion: Bonds well with various construction surfaces.
  • Low VOC Content: Environmentally friendly.

How to Use Roof Coat Insulating Paint:

  1. Metal Surfaces:
    • Apply a primer layer of Roof Coat thinned by 10-15% using a spray gun.
    • Apply fabric mesh on panel joints and secure it with Roof Coat.
    • Apply two layers of Roof Coat at a thickness of 500 microns using a spray gun.
  2. Concrete and Cement Tile Surfaces:
    • Apply a primer layer of Roof Coat using a roller, thinned by 10-15%.
    • Apply fabric mesh on corners and cracks and secure it with Roof Coat.
    • Apply a layer of Roof Coat at a thickness of 500 microns using a roller.
  3. Polyurethane Foam Surfaces and Bitumen Rolls:
    • Apply fabric mesh on corners and large depressions and secure it with Roof Coat.
    • Apply two layers of Roof Coat at a thickness of 500 microns using a roller.

Advantages of Roof Coat Insulating Paint:
